Train cancelled due to Punjab Raiot but the amount is not refunded yet? - xpress train online

Our train XPRESS Malwa (2920) from Jammu Tawi (JIT) in New Delhi (NDLS) of May 25, 2009 was canceled due to riots in the Punjab,
aomunt told us that our reservation is automatically returned to your account because we had electronic tickets

Now it's more than 2 months, and the amount is not repaid. I went to the ticket booking counters are 3 times every time they say it was an electronic ticket, so that the amount of Wil automatically be debited in your account is ideal.

ReplyDeleteThe train was stopped means the electronic ticket, if you want to submit TDR online. So you only get that amount in your account. Do you want to submit the report within 30 days of departure of your train, it is too late. You, please contact customer service IRCTC No. 011-23340000. They will help you.
